Why did I never think of this before?

I stumbled on it kind-of by accident. I wanted to crunch these candies up in big pieces... but 5 pulses later in the food processor and I have peppermint flavored sugar! Which isn't what I was going for, but good in all kinds of different ways!

I know, for a fact, that's it's delicious in coffee and low-fat hot chocolate. Safe to assume it'll be yummy in regular hot chocolate too... I bet it would be awesome on top of ice cream! (I don't eat ice cream anymore, so maybe I'll spike Scott's ice cream...) I'm very pleased with myself right now! {giggle, giggle}

What Makes Me Happy!!

All the flowers around my house right now. My honey bought me roses a few days ago and they're still going strong. And my Mom brought me some fall-colored mums when they visited on Sunday. All the colors just make me happy!

How do I like smaller pictures?

Ok, now checking to see if I like how the new blog does pictures. Because pictures are a LARGE part of my blog!

Wondering how the text is going to wrap around the picture and how large the image is going to be on the actual post. I don't recall seeing tiny little pictures on Tracey's blog... I can't stand tiny, little pictures that you have to squint to see. Why bother, that's what I say! (maybe it's just me, I probably should be wearing bifocals by now... Whatever...)

I wonder if there's a place to put photo albums and favorite blogs for readers to check out and all the other crap that it's taken me 3 years to accumulate on Typepad? It's almost not worth it to switch, having to learn the whole damn thing over again and start from scratch... UGH!
